Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operational activities and process execution.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients.
Maintain reports, trackers, and process documentation.
Analyze operational data using Excel and SQL.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Support workflow implementation on the Robotan platform.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
