We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive Intern to support our finance and administrative operations.

This role offers hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, invoicing, vendor management, reimbursements, and office administration. Candidates with a finance or accounting background and solid Excel skills are encouraged to apply.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Generate monthly invoices and share them with clients.
Follow up with clients via email and phone regarding outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate financial records, payment records, and supporting documentation.
Perform account reconciliations and maintain financial data.
Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, expense summaries, and MIS reports.
Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and payment processing.
Support GST filing and TDS payments to government authorities while ensuring accurate tax calculations.
Process employee and organizational reimbursement claims.
Maintain records of reimbursements,



invoices, and payment transactions.

Procurement & Vendor Management

Assist with procurement activities and vendor management processes.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely payment processing.
Maintain vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation.
Follow up with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and renewals.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for Adobe billing, software licenses, and other finance-related requirements.
Handle Adobe license change requests and software billing coordination.
Manage monthly renewals and payments for services such as Zoho, Microsoft licenses, Apollo, and other office subscriptions.

Coordination & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of purchase invoices, sales invoices, vendor bills, and payment receipts.
Ensure all financial and administrative documents are properly maintained and updated.
Coordinate with cross-functional team
