Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Collect, organize, and analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order status, deliveries, and invoices.
Compare prices and support basic vendor evaluation.
Track inventory, pending orders, and purchase requirements.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams for purchase requirements and data updates.
