Ensure quick responses and personalized service for each guest.

Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and address feedback proactively.

? Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with property and operations teams to confirm availability and bookings.

Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and closure reports.

Support the marketing team with guest insights and promotional feedback.

? Business Development

Identify recent sales opportunities and contribute ideas to improve conversions.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and travel behavior patterns.
