This is not a predictable, 9-to-5 desk job. Our fast-paced environment involves irregular working hours, intense live-event pressure, and short-notice outstation travel. Working directly within the founder’s office, you will assist the Founder and senior leadership across business development, premium client management, and event execution coordination. This position is built to groom high-potential talent into core business, sales,



and leadership roles based strictly on performance, ownership, and merit.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Business development & pitching: Assist the founder in driving growth initiatives, handling high-value client discussions, and managing rigorous follow-ups.
End-to-end coordination: Act as the primary liaison between premium clients, venues, vendors, artists, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Client & account management: Autonomously track leads, build proposals, design pitch decks, map out timelines, and manage payment milestones.
On-ground operations: Attend client meetings, site inspections, rehearsals, and live events—requiring complete availability during weekends, late-night hours, and outstation travel.
Risk & problem solving: Anticipate potential operational bottlenecks on-site and resolve them with absolute composure and speed.
