Maximum attendance: Reduce no-shows through proactive and effective confirmation systems.
Operational efficiency: Structure and group visits intelligently so that in office Sales Executives are well-prepared and not overloaded.
Conversion ownership: Ensure scheduled visits translate into actual site visits and ultimately into closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

The bridge call: After lead qualification, initiate a high-energy 'Hype and Schedule' interaction.



This goes beyond booking a slot and focuses on positioning the visit as a must-attend opportunity while setting the stage for conversion.
Calendar management: Own and optimize shared calendars across customers and sales executives, ensuring accuracy and zero scheduling conflicts.
Pre-visit briefing: Share a clear 'Visit Packet' with location details, on-site contact information, and a curated preview that builds anticipation and intent.
The 2-hour pulse: Conduct a mandatory confirmation touchpoint two hours before the visit, reinforcing commitment and minimizing drop-offs.
Conversion alignment: Work closely with sales executives to ensure every visit is context-rich, well-prepared, and positioned for closing rather than just showcasing.
