About the Role:-

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with social media influencers and content creators to promote our products and increase brand visibility.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, understand social media platforms, and be comfortable approaching influencers, pitching collaboration opportunities, and negotiating partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:-

Identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

Reach out to influencers through DM, email, calls, and other communication channels.

Introduce and pitch our products and influencer collaboration opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators.

Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and commercials.





Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content creation and campaign execution.

Track influencer responses, follow-ups, collaborations, and campaign performance.

Research influencer profiles, audience demographics, engagement rates, and content quality.

Maintain an updated database of influencers and potential partners.

Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to achieve campaign and outreach targets.

Explore recent influencer marketing opportunities and creative ways to promote our products.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

0–2 years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, sales, creator outreach, or digital marketing.

Freshers with excellent communication and strong interest in social media are welcome to apply.

Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube
