Key Responsibilities Operate computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment. Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in computer systems. Monitor computer systems and report technical problems. Perform routine system backups and basic troubleshooting. Install or update software as instructed. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in IT or Computer Science is an advantage.
