BRIL is looking for an experienced Senior Inside Sales Leader to accelerate our growth across the Indian market.

? Location: Gurgaon

? Work Mode: Work from Office

? Working Days: Monday–Friday

? Shift: IST

? Experience: 5+ Years

We’re looking for a player-coach who can personally build enterprise opportunities while also leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing inside sales team.

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in B2B Inside Sales / Business Development
- Strong experience in the Indian enterprise market
- IT Services / IT Product / SaaS sales experience
- Experience managing SDR / BDR / Inside Sales teams
- Strong outbound sales & pipeline-generation expertise
- Experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, IT Heads & Business Leaders
- Hands-on expertise in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn & Sales Navigator
- Robust CRM and pipeline-management discipline
- Ability to position technology solutions around business outcomes

What you’ll own





Target Accounts → Decision Makers → Outreach → Discovery → Qualified Meetings → Opportunities → Pipeline

Alongside individual sales contribution, you’ll also:
- Build and manage the inside sales team
- Hire, onboard and coach sales resources
- Create prospecting & outreach playbooks
- Define activity, meeting and pipeline KPIs
- Improve conversion across the sales funnel
- Build scalable sales processes and enablement material

We’re not looking for someone who only manages inbound leads.

We’re looking for someone who can SELL. COACH. BUILD. SCALE.
