We're Hiring: Junior Business Development Executive(BDE) – AI Solutions / Generative AI
/n
We're looking for someone who is good at understanding business challenges, exploring new opportunities, and is genuinely curious about what AI can do for businesses.
/n
You'll be working closely with our AI and technical team to understand what a client actually needs, identify where AI can make a difference, and help turn that conversation into a real solution.
What You'll Be Doing/n
• Find and qualify B2B opportunities for our AI solutions and services
/n
• Reach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals and other channels
/n
• Connect with business owners, CXOs, IT leaders and decision-makers
/n
• Explain and pitch AI solutions in a easy, practical and business-friendly way
/n
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
/n
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
What We're Looking For/n
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B Business Development, IT Sales or Software Sales
/n
• Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI,
LLMs, AI Agents, Chatbots, Voice AI or Automation
/n
• Good communication and presentation skills
/n
• Comfortable speaking with senior-level decision-makers
/n
• Good follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills
/n
• Comfortable working with technical teams
It Would Be Great If You Have Experience With/n
• AI / Generative AI solutions
/n
• SaaS products
/n
• Microsoft Copilot
/n
• IT consulting or digital transformation
/n
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM or similar sales tools
/n
