The Role

You'll own new business end-to-end — finding the opportunity, shaping the solution with our delivery teams, and closing it. A hunting role with account growth once the logo is landed — we'll level the title and package to your experience.

What You'll Do

Inside sales & prospecting — prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, lead qualification, demo scheduling, account mining

Pre-sales & solution consulting — bid & proposal management, RFP/RFI responses, solution demos, technical presentations, capability decks

Recent business development — identify and develop enterprise opportunities across healthcare,



banking, retail, manufacturing, and logistics

Full sales cycle ownership — qualification through proposal, commercial negotiation, and closure

Solution collaboration — work with delivery and engineering leaders on tailored ODC, BOT, and services proposals

Pipeline & forecasting — disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate revenue forecasting

Market & account research — assess markets, competitors, and target accounts

Account growth & retention — nurture long-term relationships and drive expansion within accounts

Go-to-market & visibility — contribute to GTM strategy and represent Nexaveta at industry events

What You Bring

2–8 years in B2B business development, inside sales, or pre-sales selling technology services — offshore development, enterprise applications, cloud engineering, or AI and digital transformation

Track record of hitting pipeline or revenue targets in a services environment
