Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketplace P&L; across Myntra, Amazon India and Amazon US
- Manage the Myntra Partner Portal end to end: range and option planning, cataloguing, pricing, EORS and festive event participation, and the category-manager relationship
- Manage Amazon on Seller Central: listings, Brand Registry, A+ content, FBA replenishment, storage and IPI health, and account health
- Run on-platform advertising — Myntra M-Ads/PLA and Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands and Display — to an ACOS/TACOS target
- Plan inventory and replenishment, track sell-through and ageing, and drive markdown or exit calls on slow movers
- Analyse returns and quality complaints, and feed findings back into merchandising and product
- Reconcile commissions, settlements and short payments; file and close claims
- Manage cross-border compliance for US shipments — HS codes, duties, IOR,

Qualifications
- 3+ years in marketplace account management, ideally with a fashion, accessories, footwear or lifestyle brand
- Hands-on ownership of a Myntra seller account — Partner Portal, marketplace/PPMP models, EORS planning, M-Ads
- Hands-on ownership of an Amazon US account — Seller Central North America, FBA, Brand Registry, A+ content, Amazon Ads
- Solid Excel/Sheets analytics — sell-through, cohorts, ROI models; builds their own numbers rather than waiting for reports
- Working knowledge of cross-border commerce for physical goods entering the US
- Comfortable as an individual contributor in a lean setup, doing the work before
