Vivriti Capital, established in 2017, is a mid-market lending NBFC that aims to bring necessary debt finance to hundreds of mid-sized enterprises across India. Vivriti Asset Management, set up in 2019, is a SEBI- and IFSCA-registered fixed-income alternative asset manager. It offers unique investment opportunities in the private credit market,



pioneering performing credit and semi-liquid fund strategies. It has invested over INR 11,000 crore since inception and counts nearly 1,800 unique investors.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Board and the Senior Management in overseeing the implementation of Compliance Policy, including policies and procedures, prescriptions in Compliance Manuals, internal codes of conduct, etc.
- Take care of secretarial work and manage all board and board constituted agendas, notices and minute.
- Play significant role in identifying the level of Compliance risk in the organization. The Compliance risks in existing / new products and processes shall be analyzed and appropriate risk mitigants put in place.
- Assist Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in discharging roles with respect to review of 'new product' and attending recent product discussions at Credit Committee level. All new products shall be subjected
