Design comprehensive solution approaches including overall plans, cost estimates, staffing strategies, delivery location considerations, and roadmaps.
Communicate the rationale, components, and advantages of solutions through clear and compelling storytelling.
Support smooth transitions of solutions during mobilization and stabilization phases to ensure successful implementation.
