Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead end-to-end recruitment for DL,
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce plans.
Drive sourcing through manpower contractors’ /referrals/ consultants and networking channels.
Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts of DL
Build talent pipelines for critical and future projects
Support campus hiring, ITI/Diploma hiring, internships, and diversity hiring initiatives.

2. Employee Relations & Grievance Management

Act as the primary escalation point for employee grievances and workplace concerns.
Conduct investigations related to misconduct, disciplinary matters, and employee disputes.
Advise managers on employee relations matters and policy interpretation.
Drive employee engagement and workplace harmony initiatives.
Monitor attrition trends and recommend corrective actions.
Formation of various committees and conducting monthly meetings

3. Industrial Relations

Maintain positive relationships with employees,



worker representatives, and unions (if applicable).
Support collective discussions, negotiations, and statutory meetings.
Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and corrective action processes.
Ensure smooth resolution of workforce-related issues while minimizing business disruption.

4. Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
Coordinate PF, ESI, Contract Labour, Factory Act, POSH, Shops & Establishment, Industrial Disputes Act, and other compliance requirements.
Liaise with government authorities and auditors during inspections and audits.
Maintain statutory registers, records, licenses, and documentation.

5. HR Governance & Policy Administration

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee communication programs.
Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct.
