Business Development & Transactions:
Identify land acquisition and leasing opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the 3PL and end-user client base.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business avenues and emerging trends.
Relationship Management: HNI’s and end Clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with 3PL operators, industrial end users, landowners, and developers.
Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their operational and growth requirements.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Provide regular updates on market intelligence, transaction progress, and pipeline development
Competencies
Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred or any similar combination of education and experience. 5 years related real estate experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide productive, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
