HR Operations & People Lead
Purpose of the Role
Lead and elevate the HR Operations team by driving accountability, professional standards, employee experience, and business-focused HR practices. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence while developing the team’s capability to move beyond transactional activities and become trusted business partners who positively influence culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness. The role serves as a key driver of HR maturity, helping build a high-performing HR function that supports organizational growth.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to Human Resources Management, Business Management or Administration.
· Advanced English
Experience
· 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
· 2+ years leading HR teams or HR projects.
· Experience supporting a growing organization preferred.
· Experience working in a global or multi-location environment preferred.

o Reinforce organizational values and expected behaviors.
o Support managers in addressing performance and behavioral issues.
o Promote a culture of accountability across the organization.
· Stakeholder Management
o Build strong relationships with leaders and employees across the organization.
o Influence decisions through credibility, communication, and data rather than authority.
o Facilitate alignment and collaboration across functions and teams.
