Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements
Experience
10+ years procurement/category management experience
8+ years Market Data sourcing experience
Essential capabilities
Global Market Data category management and ownership
Complex negotiations with market data providers, Subscriptions & publications
Market data licensing, audit and compliance management
Stakeholder management across Markets, Treasury, Risk and Technology
Demonstrated multi-million dollar spend management and savings delivery
Other capabilities
Financial Markets or Capital Markets qualifications
Market Data industry certifications, training or qualified memberships
Demonstrated understanding of global exchange licensing requirements and financial information services
Qualification Requirements
Postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Procurement.
Professional procurement accreditation such as: CIPS, ISM, MCIPS, CPSM
Relevant certifications in: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Rel
