Position Overview :
Senior HR Specialist - HR Operations
People Services India is looking for a strong HR generalist to join the India People Services team as part of our new specialized Services operation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, PS India this role will provide complex query and transactional support across a range of specialist HR services including Total Rewards, Learning and Development,



Employee Relations and Reporting.
This will be a fast-paced and highly varied role, so you’ll need to be able to comfortably switch gears to manage different tasks – whether that’s guiding a Manager through an Employee Relations process, working with COE partners to research the answer to a complex policy query, or coordinating new learning offerings with external vendors. As part of the wider People Services organization, you’ll be supporting managers, employees and HR colleagues across RTX Business units, so you’ll need to be able to flex your style to meet the needs of this diverse customer group.
As this is a new service you’ll be involved right from the start, supporting the People Services leadership team to ensure a smooth transition of activities from BU HR, optimize end-to-end processes and ensure that great customer service is delivered throughout.
