Xapads Media is a global AdTech company operating across multiple international markets. As we continue to scale our business and teams globally, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Lead – Talent Acquisition to build and lead our Talent Acquisition function.
This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of Talent Acquisition, responsible for building a structured, scalable and technology-enabled hiring function aligned with Xapads' business growth.
Role Overview:
The Lead – Talent Acquisition will own and drive the overall Talent Acquisition strategy across India and global markets.
This is primarily a TA leadership and function-building role, rather than an individual contributor position. The person will be responsible for building the overall hiring infrastructure, creating the right team structure and ensuring the TA function is scalable, data-driven, technology-enabled and aligned with business requirements.
The role will require hands-on involvement in critical, senior and leadership hiring,



where direct engagement with senior talent and strong candidate closure skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. TA Strategy, Function Building & Leadership
Own the complete Talent Acquisition function and define its overall strategy and operating model.
Build and continuously improve the TA infrastructure, processes, governance and hiring framework.
Assess the existing TA setup and build the right team structure and resources based on hiring volumes, business priorities and market requirements.
Establish clear hiring SLAs, accountability mechanisms and performance metrics.
Drive a high-performance, ownership-driven culture within the TA function.
2. Workforce Planning & Hiring Forecasting
Partner with business leaders to build workforce plans and hiring forecasts.
Translate business growth plans into structured hiring requirements and recruitment plans.
Plan for recent positions, replacement hiring, attrition and critical talent require
