About the Role
This is a strategic, high-impact position designed to drive the implementation of the Particle Measuring Systems South Asia strategy. As the Sales Manager (India and South Asia), you will be the primary commercial and technical bridge between PMS, our South Asia customers & 3rd parties.
In this capacity, you will immediately take ownership of direct sales for the Electronics business in India,



with the objective of accelerating revenue growth across South Asia. You will also be responsible for recruiting and managing local distributor and reseller networks and effectively executing go-to-market strategies across key markets including India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Your mission is to drive revenue growth in South Asia region, recruit & manage local distributor/reseller networks and execute go-to-market strategies across countries like India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management (Top 15 South Asia Customers)
Own and manage the relationship with the Top 15 accounts located in India/Bangladesh on behalf of Particle Measuring Systems.
Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and PMS market share.
Quote and manage opportunities in CRM system
Provide on-the-ground commercial and technical support to the Top 15 customers
