This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career project professional to support the delivery of online sample and sample-driven market research projects. You will manage low-to-mid complexity projects from launch through completion while supporting senior team members on more complex engagements. The role combines project coordination, fieldwork management, client communication, data analysis, and operational quality control. You will work closely with Sales, Research Solutions, Operations, Programming, and external sample providers to keep projects on track. Your work will directly contribute to project quality, client satisfaction, timely delivery, and efficient use of resources. Accountabilities:




Support the end-to-end execution of low-to-mid complexity online sample and sample-driven market research projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Coordinate project launch activities, confirm fieldwork readiness, and monitor projects throughout the fielding process.
Track key field performance indicators, including incidence, completion rates, quotas, respondent flow, and project timelines.
Conduct data checks and quality assurance reviews during fieldwork and take action when performance or quality issues arise.
Manage fieldwork closeout activities, including reconciliations and honorarium-related processes.
Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, providing project updates and escalating risks or issues when appropriate.
