This is a remote, customer-facing technical support role focused on helping enterprise customers maintain reliable, high-performing digital services.
You’ll troubleshoot complex issues across web performance, media delivery, security, and edge computing environments.
The role combines strong networking and Linux expertise with programming knowledge and a customer-first mindset.
You’ll lead technical investigations, coordinate with internal teams globally, and remain accountable for customer issues through resolution.
Working with customers primarily in U.S. regions, you’ll communicate through tickets, email, and online calls while maintaining clear technical documentation.

Accountabilities
Act as a trusted technical partner for customers in U.S. regions, troubleshooting and mitigating complex issues across cloud, web performance, media, security, and edge computing services.
Lead technical investigations across globally distributed cloud and internet infrastructure, identifying root causes and implementing or recommending effective solutions.
Own customer issues from initial investigation through resolution, maintaining clear communication and appropriate expectations throughout the support lifecycle.
Provide technical assistance through ticketing systems, email, and online calls, ensuring interactions are accurately documented and followed through.
Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and support teams across different time zones to resolve complex or escalated
