Purpose of the Role
The role is responsible for supporting Ocean Operations Execution by coordinating day-to-day vessel and cargo operations, ensuring adherence to standardized operational processes, and providing administrative and operational support to enable the efficient movement of customer cargo. The role applies established procedures,



exercises independent judgement within defined guidelines, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality operational services.
You will be Responsible for:
Supporting day-to-day Ocean Operations Execution activities related to seagoing vessels, including owned, chartered, and Vessel Sharing Agreement (VSA) operations.
Coordinating operational and administrative activities to ensure the smooth execution of cargo and container movements across the shipping network.
Executing assigned operational tasks in accordance with established work routines, standard operating procedures, and business guidelines.
Applying standardized operational methods while exercising independent judgement to resolve routine issues within defined boundaries and escalating non-routine exceptions where required.
