for Tata Electronics' state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility at Dholera. This mega industrial project represents a significant investment in India's semiconductor manufacturing capabilities and requires world-class safety leadership to ensure zero-harm outcomes throughout design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness phases.
Position Summary
The Head of Safety will serve as the principal safety authority for this complex industrial construction project, establishing and maintaining comprehensive safety management systems across all project phases. This role demands a strategic safety leader with deep experience in large-scale industrial construction, preferably in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or similar high-tech manufacturing environments.
