This is a customer-facing sales leadership opportunity focused on growing a portfolio of patient care and medical technology solutions across Bihar and Jharkhand. The role will be responsible for developing the territory, identifying current business opportunities, and building strong relationships with healthcare customers and channel partners. You’ll work across products including patient monitors, ventilators, anesthesia workstations, and diagnostic cardiology solutions. Success will require strong commercial judgment, market knowledge, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective solutions. The position offers meaningful autonomy while working within established sales strategies and processes. Based out of Ranchi, you’ll play an important role in expanding access to advanced healthcare technologies across the region.

Accountabilities:
Drive sales of patient care solutions,



including patient monitors, ventilators, anesthesia workstations, diagnostic cardiology products, and related solutions across the assigned territory.
Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with business objectives, market opportunities, customer needs, and sales targets.
Build a deep understanding of the assigned geography, healthcare market, customer segments, product portfolio, competitive landscape, and key commercial drivers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, decision-makers, and channel partners.
Work closely with channel partners to generate demand, strengthen market coverage, and accelerate business growth.
Use market intelligence, customer insights, and commercial analysis to identify opportunities and inform sales decisions
