This is a remote-first software engineering opportunity focused on enhancing and evolving an established enterprise product. You’ll work across new feature development, product enhancements, customer issue remediation, and code quality. The role combines hands-on development with close collaboration across engineering, QA, and product teams. You’ll contribute throughout the Agile development lifecycle, from understanding requirements through implementation and review. Accountabilities:
Develop new features and extend existing functionality within an established product suite, balancing innovation with the stability and maintainability of existing code.




Investigate and remediate customer-reported issues, identifying effective technical solutions while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
Participate in code reviews, helping maintain coding standards, quality, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Collaborate closely with QA engineers, Product Owners, and other developers to clarify requirements, evaluate solutions, and deliver reliable product enhancements.
Participate actively in the full Agile development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, status updates, reviews, and continuous improvement.
Work effectively within an existing codebase, understanding established architecture and development practices before introducing changes.
Contribute to the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and technologies where they can improve engineering productivity and outcomes.
