Position Title: Project Director – Hyperscale Data Center Delivery
Location: Hyderabad
Position Summary
The Project Director –is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of the Hyderabad Data Center. Acting as the client’s senior representative on a single large-scale mission-critical project which party of larger Hyperscale Data Centre Development programme, the Project Director provides leadership across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, integrated systems testing and operational readiness.



The role is accountable for project governance, stakeholder management, delivery, schedule, quality, safety and risk management, ensuring the project is delivered in accordance with client objectives and JLL standards.
2. Key Responsibilities – Project Delivery & Management
Lead the delivery of Data Center from construction delivery through commissioning and handover.
Develop and maintain integrated master schedule, milestones and recovery plans.
Risk and opportunity identification and implementation strategy and secalations
Assist the client in managing project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and cost controls.
Client is responsible for procurement
Ensure vendor and subcontractor compliance with project schedule, contractual obligations, governance procedures and change management requirements
Lead risk identification, mitigation and escalation processes.
Manage and coordinate testing and commissionin
