Job Description
1. Financial Controllership & Accounting
Key Responsibilities
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses,



payroll accounting, and fixed asset accounting.
Prepare and review financial statements and management accounts.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Drive process standardization and automation initiatives.
Expected Outcomes
Timely and accurate books closure.
Robust financial controls workplace.
Zero material audit observations.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Perform variance analysis for revenue, expenses, headcount, and operational metrics.
Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases.
Support business leaders with strategic decision-making and cost optimization initiatives.
Monitor key financial KPIs and business performance metrics.
