Lead end-to-end design,



development and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions
Configure, customize and maintain the ServiceNow GRC platform
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and platforms
Develop REST/SOAP integrations and ensure data synchronization
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Manage project delivery and technical teams
Support pre-sales activities, estimations and technical solutioning
Work on Service Portal page design and widget configurations
Support ServiceNow version and patch upgrades
Configure Knowledge Base and Knowledge Articles
Ensure security, governance and compliance requirements are met
