Summary:
The Associate Consultant Inclusion role will support the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team with the coordination, administration and execution of a variety of projects, initiatives and programs across all three regions to help execute the company’s DE&I; strategy and objectives.



The location for this role will be in Pune, India, on full-time hours but with the flexibility of working hours to best support the global team (including some EMEA shifts). The team members that this role will support are based in the Philippines, India, UK and the US.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support for ongoing and adhoc DE&I; Global and local deliverables. This will include NTU Administration- Creating classes, tracking attendance, report generation and analysis. Finance administration- Processing invoices, raising purchase orders, follow up with finance and liaising with vendors, back end work for vendor empanelment, updating supplier information and vendor update assistance, Invoice and supplier management for all geographies Budget tracking and management. Event administration- Setting up events and post event metrics.
2. Project Management- Assist the team with ongoing DE&I; initiatives which includes
