Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Business Development
Build and manage strong relationships with clients across FMCG, Retail, Consumer, Rural and Lifestyle sectors.
Understand client briefs and translate them into innovative experiential, retail, rural and event-led solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitching, proposal development and revenue growth.
Drive end-to-end client communication, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Experiential & Event Marketing
Conceptualize and execute on-ground activations, brand experiences, events, launches and consumer engagement campaigns.
Develop creative activation ideas that create meaningful consumer interactions and deliver against campaign objectives.
Manage projects end-to-end—from briefing and planning to execution, post-event reporting and evaluation.
Work closely with vendors, production partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Rural & Retail Marketing
Plan and execute rural marketing initiatives,



market activations and consumer engagement programs across relevant markets.
Leverage regional insights, consumer behaviour and local market dynamics to create effective rural campaigns.
Drive retail activations, visibility initiatives, in-store experiences and trade engagement programs.
Develop and implement SOPs, execution frameworks and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across markets.
Stakeholder & Project Management
Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Operations, Production, Analytics and Client Servicing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery, quality, budgets and client expectations are met.
Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports, insights and recommendations for clients.
Manage external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure smooth and cost-effective execution.
