About the role
You'll own engagement initiatives end to end from design and planning through execution, measurement, and the story you tell leadership afterwards. This is a hands-on role in CoE: you'll run programs yourself, work directly with HRBPs and business stakeholders, and be the person who knows what the engagement data actually says.
What you'll do
Own engagement initiatives end to end: plan & execute,



and close out programs across the engagement calendar, including culture and employee connect initiatives.
Turn engagement data into decisions: run survey and pulse reporting, build dashboards, and translate results into insights and action plans leadership can act on.
Project-manage the engagement calendar: Timelines and cross-functional dependencies, delivering multiple initiatives in parallel without dropping quality.
Partner with HRBPs and business teams to land initiatives across locations and drive participation.
Measure and report impact: Define success upfront, track it, and present outcomes to HR leadership on a regular cadence.
What you'll bring
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification
1–4 years in employee engagement, HR operations, or a comparable HR generalist/CoE role
Robust Excel and reporting; comfortable working with employee data and building a narrative from it
