About the role
We are hiring an MIS Executive to support our operations and business teams with day-to-day reporting and data management. This is an
entry-level role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel, and eager to build a career in MIS/reporting/analytics.
Freshers with a strong relevant skill set are welcome to apply; depending on experience and demonstrated skill, candidates may be
brought on as an Intern before moving into the Executive role.
At Multiplier AI, we build AI products for healthcare and pharma marketing. As an MIS Executive, you will help keep our internal data
accurate, organized, and easy for teams to act on.
What you'll do
As an MIS Executive, you will assist in preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.



You will
collect data from multiple internal sources, consolidate it, and ensure it is accurate and up to date. You will work extensively in
Excel/Google Sheets — using formulas, pivot tables, and basic charts — to organize and present data clearly. You will support the team
in tracking key business metrics, flagging discrepancies, and maintaining clean, well-structured records. You will coordinate with
different departments to collect inputs on time and help automate or simplify repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible. You will also
assist senior team members with ad hoc data requests and analysis as needed.
Must-have skills (mandatory)
Non-negotiables for this role:
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, VLOOKUP/pivot tables at a basic level).
• Good attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and data.
