This role is an opportunity to support commercial decision-making through accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
You will partner closely with Sales Operations leadership and commercial stakeholders to turn complex data into meaningful business insights.
The position covers recurring and ad hoc reporting across pipeline management, forecasting, bookings, and key performance indicators.
You will work extensively with Salesforce, Power BI, and advanced Excel to build dashboards, analyze trends, and improve data visibility.
Your insights will help identify risks, uncover opportunities, and support strategic business reviews and operational initiatives.

Accountabilities:




Produce accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting covering commercial pipelines, forecasting, bookings, and key performance indicators.
Develop and deliver ad hoc reports and analytical insights in response to requests from Sales Operations leadership and commercial stakeholders.
Analyze pipeline health and forecasting performance, including opportunity aging, stage progression, conversion rates, attainment trends, and emerging risks or opportunities.
Monitor Salesforce data quality, identify missing or inconsistent information, and escalate pipeline hygiene issues that could affect reporting accuracy.
Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Power BI visualizations that provide clear visibility into commercial performance.
