This role is intended for a hands-on QA leader who can operate as a functional subject matter expert for our Alpha Data Platform (ADP). This candidate will coordinate multi-user concurrency tests, strengthen day-to-day quality support across environments, data, interfaces, deployments, and end-to-end workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge product, engineering, QA, release management, and SaaS operations to make quality issues visible early and drive them to resolution quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a functional subject matter expert for ADP quality, including core platform workflows, data movement, interface behavior, environment dependencies, and release validation expectations.
Translate product, engineering, and operational requirements into practical QA strategies, playbooks, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
Identify functional and environmental gaps that may prevent reliable release testing, integration testing, or production readiness, and drive timely remediation with the appropriate owners.
Plan and coordinate ADP multi-user,



concurrency-based testing events where multiple groups execute QA playbooks at the same time against shared release objectives
Define the multi-user concurrency testing scope, entry criteria, participant model, setting readiness checklist, playbook assignments, timing, defect triage process and exit criteria.
Support QA teams across the organization when they encounter blockers related to system access, data access, environment configuration, interface setup, deployment issues, or workflow validation.
Partner with SaaS E2E Operations, engineering, product, and QA to diagnose failures across configuration, data, application behavior, infrastructure, and deployment boundaries.
Help define and maintain standard QA playbooks, smoke tests, regression scenarios, workflow tests, data prerequisites, and troubleshooting runbooks for ADP and ADP-adjacent capabilities.
