As a Senior Product Owner – Senior Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of complex, AI-driven software solutions to meet the evolving needs of our global Assurance practice. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and modern technology, you will take end-to-end ownership of commercial and enterprise product lifecycles—from strategic definition and discovery through release, scaling, and continuous enhancement.
In this leadership role, you will motivate, mentor, and inspire multi-disciplinary product and engineering teams. You will partner with global leaders, leverage emerging technologies like GenAI, and drive product innovation to ensure our solutions deliver measurable business value and market differentiation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership: Drive enterprise-wide product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management from definition and planning through production, release, and continuous optimization.
Agile Governance & Execution: Oversee multi-team product backlogs, prioritize strategic features using frameworks like WSJF, MoSCoW, or RICE, and align program-increment (PI) planning with overarching business goals.
AI & Innovation Integration: Lead the integration of modern AI/GenAI capabilities (including LLMs, AI agents, copilot architectures, RAG systems, and workflow automation) into product design an
