We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee documentation, and grievance handling.
The candidate will work closely with employees, candidates, managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth and effective HR processes.
What you will do:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate the selection process.
Prepare and release offer letters and appointment letters.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

Employee Onboarding
Manage the complete employee onboarding process.
Collect and verify joining documents and KYC details.
Create and maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Coordinate induction and joining formalities.
Ensure timely completion of employment documentation.
Coordinate employee enrolment in PF, ESIC, NATS, insurance, and other applicable benefits.
Ensure new employee data is accurately updated in HRMS/payroll systems.
3. Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the payroll team/vendor.
Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, and employee inputs before payroll processing.
Maintain accurate employee master data.
Coordinate salary-related queries and resolve employee payroll issues.
Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs and statutory deductions.
4. Statutory Compliance
Assist with statutory HR compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, NATS,
