Job Requirements
Manager/Asst Manageer- structures position (Seeking candidates with 10+ years of experience with Master’s degree preferred)
Structural coordination and review of low to high-rise buildings, residential and commercial; for achieving safe and economical designs.
Managing projects independently / with minimal supervision. Attending coordination meetings; interacting with architects and structural consultants. Monitoring project progress.
Target and track structural consultants performance.
Preparation of ETABS and SAFE models for concept/schematic level studies.
RCC estimation in concept schematic phases for assessing cost impact of structural schemes.
Review of structural models and reinforcement in design development and GFC phase for optimization.
Site visits if required for field issues.

Work Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and master's degree in structures preferred




- Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering and construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
