What you will do

Play a vital role and be part of the web team, which provides end-to-end digital solutions and hosting for global websites enabling Amgen brands to engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and our patients. The team offers an creative web technology platform hosted in the cloud and ensures compliances and security features across our websites. You will be part of Amgen's Global Commercial Client Facing Web Technology team .
Coordinate application releases across multiple development teams, ensuring successful planning, execution,



communication, and post-release validation.
Build, maintain, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, secure, and automated software deployments.
Automate development, testing, deployment, and operational processes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Monitor deployment pipelines and production releases, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact release quality or timelines.
Support day-to-day operational activities, including ticket management, release support, troubleshooting, and deployment assistance.
Design, document, and continuously improve release management processes, operational procedures, and deployment standards.
Collaborate with developers, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams to ensure successful software delivery and compliance with enterprise standards.
Automate regression testing and quality validation to improve deployment
