Job Description – Manager – MEP (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical MEP works for commercial IT Park projects from planning to completion.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal project teams.

Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.

Monitor installation of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cables, lighting, earthing, and fire alarm systems.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Monitor contractor performance, manpower, material availability, and work progress.

Coordinate with civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP teams for smooth execution.

Conduct inspections and ensure testing & commissioning of electrical systems.





Review measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.

Identify and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with consultants and contractors.

Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.

Desired Skills

Strong experience in electrical MEP execution for commercial / IT Park projects.

Good knowledge of HT/LT systems, DG, transformers, electrical panels, lighting, ELV, and testing & commissioning.

Robust contractor and consultant management skills.

Positive understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, BOQ, and estimation.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in large-scale commercial / Grade-A IT Park projects will be preferred.
