Job Purpose:
To manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials in compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate inventory and smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and specifications.
Label and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in designated areas.
Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions and batch requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or manual systems.
Ensure proper segregation of quarantined, approved, and rejected materials.
Perform periodic stock counts and support inventory reconciliation.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse as per 5S and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and USFDA guidelines.
Assist in preparation for internal and external audits.
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified) for material movement.
Qualifications:
Education: High School / ITI / Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years in a pharmaceutical warehouse or regulated industry.
Skills:
Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, and warehouse SOPs.
Basic computer skills (ERP, MS Excel).
Attention to detail and positive documentation practices.
Ability to lift and move materials safely.
