We have an opportunity in ACG Engineering of a Engineer Project Management.
Job Objective
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for handling end to end project & inquiries once the order booking is done. Manging internal and external stakeholders, resolving technical queries pre and post order booking.
Primary responsibilities
Interactions with Customer/TIC for Order Booking
Closely working with Finance & Commercial for Profitability and Collectibles
To input orders which are 100% executable by logging First Time Right Sales Order
Recent Order technical understanding and agreement with customer on Scope & compliances
Conduct CRM meeting in close working with Operations
Technical compliance & customer clearance on IFAT/CFAT to dispatch the order in full Adherence to Business Rule Compliances & ISO audit conformities.
Pre – Order
URS Compliance & Techno Commercial Offer for Orders under Market Platform
Technical Interactions to understand the requirement with Customers.
Room Layout & Product drawing sign off with Customers
Final Quotation submission considering Final Pricing as per Scope Profitability
Approval from Finance as per scope
Order details handover to Sales Support Customer Co-Ordinator for Commercial Procedures
