YOUR NEW ROLE




This team member specializes in completing the onboarding of customers during a manual onboarding call journey or processing an outbound referral from a banker or branch and completing and managing the onboarding of customers who have applied.
Output and Quality monitoring to ensure program requirements are met during MWB transition.
Test and provide feedback on potential operational improvements across the Small Business Onboarding team.
Deliver key quality, output and CX KPI outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
