Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Production Support.
Hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins.
Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx, and middleware technologies.
Monitor and manage application availability, performance, and capacity.
Handle incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow.
Perform root cause analysis and drive improvements in MTTR, MTTA, and MTTD.
Experience with Splunk, Recent Relic, and proactive monitoring tools.
Knowledge of Shell/Python scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, source code repositories, and deployment automation.
Support cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, patching, and security compliance.
Understanding of load balancers (F5/AVI), networking, routing, and traffic management.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and 24x7 production support environments.
