Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain core storage system components (data path, metadata, protocols, and management services)
Design and implement scalable, distributed storage features with focus on performance and reliability




Debug and resolve complex system-level issues across software, firmware, and hardware interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, networking, performance, and support)
Contribute to system architecture, design reviews, and feature planning
Ensure compliance with HPE secure development lifecycle and coding standards
Support testing, validation, and release activities
Produce technical documentation and participate in code reviews
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Typically 4-6 years experience.
Robust programming skills in C/C++ (Python a plus)
Experience with Linux/Unix systems and system-level development
Knowledge of distributed systems and parallel computing concepts
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, high-speed interconnects)
