About the Role
To provide end-to-end sales operations and coordination support to the NBD and CRR teams, ensuring timely execution of sales opportunities, documentation, approvals, contracts and commercial processes. The role requires a candidate with a banking background who is comfortable handling documentation, process coordination, financial/commercial records and multiple internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day sales coordination and operational activities for the NBD and CRR teams.
Create, update and track Opportunities in Zoho CRM.
Maintain and monitor the CRR Sales Funnel and coordinate timely GKP/Opportunity creation.
Prepare and coordinate OLs, WOs, contracts and other commercial documents.
Follow up with relevant teams for WO releases, approvals and pending documentation.
Coordinate contract vetting and documentation with the Legal Team.
Maintain accurate records of signed contracts, sales documents and related approvals.
Coordinate with NBD, CRR, Lead Generation, Legal and Finance teams for timely completion of sales processes.




Prepare and maintain sales MIS, trackers and reports.
Monitor pending activities, approvals, documentation and opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
Support reconciliation and verification of sales-related financial/commercial documentation wherever required.
Identify process gaps or delays and escalate them to the concerned stakeholders for timely resolution.
Ensure adherence to internal sales processes, documentation standards and approval workflows.
Role Boundaries
The SC role is primarily focused on sales operations, documentation and coordination and does not independently own:
Client relationship management or sales calls
Client meetings and sales pitching
Commercial negotiations
Business development or lead conversion
Client retention, renewals or re-orders
Cross-selling / up-selling
Revenue or sales target ownership
