This role is responsible for driving sales, distribution, and account growth across an assigned territory and customer portfolio.
You will own sales targets while working to strengthen market share across key product categories and retail formats.
The position combines strategic account management with hands-on field execution, relationship building, and commercial problem-solving.
You will work closely with retail partners, field teams, customer marketing, and central stakeholders to maximize commercial performance.
A key focus will be ensuring strong in-store execution, effective promotions, product availability, and rapid adoption of current launches.
You will also gather market intelligence and use customer and competitor insights to identify opportunities and improve local strategies.

Accountabilities:
Own and deliver sales targets for assigned accounts and territory, driving both revenue growth and distribution performance.
Grow and maintain market share across priority product categories in chain accounts and standalone stores.
Manage Customer Service Provider (CSP) operations and ensure agreed targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retail partners.
Drive high standards of in-store execution, including shelf availability, visibility, merchandising, and Perfect Store performance.
Ensure effective implementation of point-of-purchase objectives and agreed store execution standards.
Introduce and monitor store procedures to improve operational consistency and customer experience.
Drive speed-to-shelf for new product launches and generate repeat orders through effect
