Workplace Platform team
The Workplace Platform Team act as a key technology partner for Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities, productivity platforms, governance, adoption and secure digital solutions across the organisation:
Lead and support Microsoft 365 collaboration, productivity, automation and employee experience use cases.
Partner with IT product owners and platform teams to ensure standards are followed across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, security, compliance and collaboration platforms.
Support innovation, adoption and governance across Microsoft 365,



Power Platform and Copilot capabilities.
Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT architecture, security, service operations, vendors and Microsoft 365 delivery teams.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of IT - Workplace, you will provide hands-on architecture and engineering support across M365 services, including Exchange Online and Azure Virtual Desktop. The role will shape the design, governance, integration, automation, operational support and continuous improvement of enterprise messaging and virtual desktop platforms used across Dyson.
The successful candidate will be a senior technical specialist with deep Exchange Online capability, robust Azure Virtual Desktop engineering experience and practical Azure governance knowledge.
