Lead Java Full Stack Developer – responsible for driving end-to-end development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using modern Java and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design, development,



and deployment of scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
Architect and implement full-stack solutions with Java, React/Angular, and RESTful APIs.
Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on AWS and OpenShift.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker (good to have).
Coordinate batch processing workflows using Spring Batch and Autosys (good to have).
Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across services.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with leadership responsibilities.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Java 11 and 17+.
Hands-on experience with AWS, OpenShift, and cloud-native development.
Familiarity with Spring Batch, Autosys, Ku
